Steve and I haven't been watching as much TV as we used to which is a good thing. In fact we just finished one of our favorite reality shows The Apprentice. I think it ended a month ago but thanks to our DVR we've been able to watch it as we've had time. Trace Adkins, a very awesome country singer, was on the show and almost won it. He was the best man by far but darn Piers Morgan raised more money. Trace got to perform his latest hit on the finale and it was Awesome. I have it on my playlist so stay on our sight long enough to hear it. The song totally hits home for me because sometimes when I am feeling behind, or tired or overwhelmed I forget to enjoy and appreciate these precious moments with my children that are leaving so quickly. When I put things into perspective I enjoy the messes, poopies, and chaos instead of getting more stressed and complainy about it. I know I'll miss it, so my new goal is to try and just enjoy what comes, so when my kids are grown I won't have any regrets that I didn't try to soak it all up and just enjoy them and life.

That's one of my favorite songs too! Check out "Cleaning This Gun" - Rodney Atkins, "Stealing Cinderella" - Chuck Wicks, and "Don't Blink" - Kenny Chesney. I'm sure you've heard them, but they're on my list of favorites too. With Lauren getting closer to dating age these songs really hit close to home. Congratulations to Kinzy on the lost tooth!
James and I do not watch TV until we have dvr'd the CSI's, With out a Trace and CRiminal Minds. Then we watch on the weekends when our kids are asleep. This might be crazy, but I do not watch news, listen to radio, talk shows... nothing. I am out of the loop most of the time and I LOVE IT! Trace is great!
