Steve offered to take Kaylie, which was very hard for me to give up. If it weren't for the busy day I had ahead of me I would have never let him do it alone. It was probably a good thing because I might have been a little emotional and apprehensive. I say that but as soon as I see her sweet teacher Miss Kim, and their darling little classroom with all the neatest centers for creative curriculum learning, I realize this is a wonderful thing for Kaylie. On the preview day Kaylie was so cute, she learned every one's names in her class right off the bat. When we were leaving Kaylie turned to the girls she was playing with and said "Bye Girls, See you next time" like she was running the party. I love her confidence.
When Kaylie first met Miss Kim she looked at me like I was crazy and said, "That's not Kim!". I knew this might be a little confusing to her because Kaylie loves my sister Kim. So I had to straighten things out by saying, "No you're right, this isn't Aunt Kim, this is Miss Kim."
