How is it that with each succeeding child they grow up faster and faster. I can't believe our sweet little Kamden Jimmer is a month old already. Each week gets better as far as the way I feel and me being able to predict his sleeping and eating habits. He is really a good natured child. Kamden Jimmer is a little bit like an alarm, when he needs help with something whether it be getting food, having his diaper changed, or help getting to sleep, he just goes off like a very loud alarm. There's not much difference between his cries with those things, its just a loud fix it now sort of cry. The other day Kaylie somehow very accidentally scratched his nose while playing with him and I learned his cry to signal he's hurt and he can't believe we'd ever do anything to hurt him cry was just tender and I knew right away he was hurt and it made me hurt for him. It was so sweet, innocent and helpless, man I am such a sucker. Kaylie cried too because she felt bad.
What I love about Kamden so far. . .
His hair that is hanging on to that dark strawberry blonde look
The fact that most nights he'll sleep for a 5-7 hour stretch
His darling smiles that he surprisingly cracks quite often
He loves his tummy time (it's so cute to watch him bob as he tries to build strength in his neck)
The rolls he's developing especially the one under his chin :)
He will take a bottle!!!
He can take either my milk or formula.
I love the way he gazes at me when I hold him.
